  2. You are not entitled to develop software which references whether directly or indirectly any class in the jar files xbundle-2.0.jar and chronology.jar.

  4. Software contains copyright information of Sun Microsystems Inc and title is retained by Sun. Use, duplication or disclosure by the United States government is subject to the restrictions set forth in the Rights in Technical Data and Computer software clauses in DFARS 252.227-701(c)(1)(ii) and FAR 52.227-19(c)(2) as applicable.
  5. You accept and agree that X Legal Limited, the officers of that company and the author(s) of XBundle and the authors of any software contained within XBundle shall not be liable for any damage or other liabilities caused directly or indirectly by its installation and/or use.
  6. This licence is governed by English law and disputes arising therefrom or connected therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
